Provides data from a trace about the maximum allowed number of unparked processors.

Returns
A pending result that, after the trace is processed, provides data from the trace about the maximum allowed number of unparked processors.
Remarks
Processor parking removes a processor from active usage to save power.
Windows Performance Analyzer provides this data via the Core Parking Cap State table.
