Send an key/value pair "annotation" to the canvas.
public void DrawAnnotation (SkiaSharp.SKRect rect, string key, SkiaSharp.SKData value);Parameters

- SKRect
The bounds of the annotation.
- key
- String
The name of the annotation.
- value
- SKData
The blob of data to attach to the annotation.
Remarks
The caller still retains its ownership of the data (if any).
Note: on may canvas types, this information is ignored, but some canvases (e.g. recording a picture or drawing to a PDF document) will pass on this information.
