Comentarios
La codificación UTF-7 se utiliza principalmente en entornos que históricamente se han restringido a 7 bits, como NNTP y algunas aplicaciones de correo electrónico. Debido a problemas de solidez y seguridad, no debe utilizar la codificación UTF-7 en entornos de 8 bits en los que se puede usar la codificación UTF-8 en su lugar.
