Remarks
When CookieSlidingExpiration is set to true
and less than half of the time specified by the CookieTimeout property remains, for each request issued during a single session, the time interval during which the cookie is valid is reset to CookieTimeout. When CookieSlidingExpiration is set to false
, the cookie expires at a set point in time.
