Valor de propiedad
DataGridViewCellStyle que representa el estilo de presentación de la celda a la que se va a aplicar formato. El valor predeterminado es el valor de la propiedad InheritedStyle de la celda.

Comentarios
Establecer las propiedades del objeto devuelto por la CellStyle propiedad cambiará cómo se muestran la celda y su contenido. Para evitar penalizaciones de rendimiento, use esta propiedad para cambiar los estilos de celda en lugar de acceder a la celda directamente.
