Create campaign (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Campaigns > All campaigns. Click Campaign.
Use this form to create a new campaign.

Navigating the form
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Status |
Select the status of the new campaign. The following options are available:

Campaign ID |
The campaign that you created. |
Type |
Select the type of campaign that you are creating. |
Group |
Select the group that is in charge of the campaign. |
Target |
Select who the campaign is targeting. |
Name |
Enter the name of the campaign. |
Subcampaign ID format |
Select the format of the campaign. |
Questionnaire |
If a questionnaire should be used in the campaign, select the questionnaire. |
Start date |
Enter the date that the campaign starts. By default, the start date is the current date. |
End date |
Enter the date that the campaign ends. |
Source code |
Optional: Enter a catalog source code to associate with the campaign. If you enter a source code, you can choose to import the customer list for the target market that is associated with the source code. For more information about source codes, see Set up catalog source codes. Note This field is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed, and if the Call center and Source code configuration keys are enabled. |
