Fields
Field |
Description |
---|---|
Max. number of lines |
Specify the highest number of lines in the journal, as working with very large journals may be impractical. When the selected items are marked for counting, they can only be selected one time. So you can just generate new journals until all have all on-hand inventories. |
Physical transactions |
Select this if you only want to select on-hand inventories in which there have been physical transactions after the last count. |
Not counted since |
Enter a date here to select only those items that have not been counted after the specified date. |
Counting group |
Select a specific group to be counted. |
Site |
Select a site whereby items with Site in the attached storage dimension group are copied into the journal. |
Warehouse |
Select a warehouse, whereby all items with Warehouse in the attached storage dimension group are copied into the journal. The function is useful when you insert opening on-hand upon implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX. Note If you do not specify warehouses, one line is generated per item with the total on-hand inventory for all warehouses. |
View posted counts directly for a specific on-hand inventory in the Counting history (form).
