New case (form)

Click Home > Common > Cases > All cases. Click the Case button in the New group to open the Create case form.
Use this form to create a new case.

Parent case |
Select a parent case, if applicable. |
Department |
View the department or area in your company that owns the case. |
Service level agreement |
View the service level agreement that is associated with the customer, if applicable. |
Employee responsible |
View the employee who is responsible for the case. |
Case process |
View the case process that will be used on this case. |
Description |
Enter a brief description of the case log. |
Notes |
Enter additional information about the case or the case log. |
