Click Home > Common > Activities > All activities.
Use this form to create, view, and update all activities (open or closed) that are assigned to you or another employee.
You can also use Microsoft Dynamics AX in combination with Microsoft Outlook, if the system is configured to do this. Microsoft Dynamics AX can synchronize the information that is stored in this form with tasks and appointments in Outlook. However, only Appointment and Task activities can be synchronized with Outlook.

General |
View and edit additional information about the selected activity. Note The specific fields on this tab vary depending on the type of activity that is displayed. For example, the Master appointment field is displayed for activities of the type Appointment, but not for activities of the type Event. |
Status |
View the status of the selected activity. You can also close an activity or open a closed activity. |
Details |
View Outlook-specific details of the selected activity, such as Outlook categories, roles, and team tasks. |
Associations |
View information about other items that the selected activity is related to. You can also relate the activity to an item. |
Synchronization |
View the synchronization history of the selected activity. Note This tab appears only if the activity can be synchronized with Outlook. |
Project |
View activity project information. |
