Consolidated on-hand (form)

Click Product information management > Common > Released products. Select the item that you want to work with. On the Action Pane, on the Manage inventory tab, in the Packaging group, click Consolidated on-hand.
Use this form to view consolidated on-hand inventory for the bulk item and for the packed product. The information in this form is displayed in two separate panes:
Bulk item ─ Contains information about the bulk item that is associated with the packed items that appear in the lower pane.
Packed product ─ Lists the individual packed items that consume the bulk item. You can use the buttons in this pane to perform functions that relate to the production for the selected packed order.

Transactions |
Open the Inventory transactions form to view the transactions for specific product dimensions. |
Net requirements |
View a requirement profile for specific product dimensions. A requirement profile shows planned orders, inventory levels, and expected receipts and issues over time. |
Intercompany on-hand |
Open the Intercompany on-hand form to view the on-hand inventory for the current item. The current item might be stored in different intercompany sections, such as subsidiaries, other plant, or warehouses. |
Quantity adjustment |
Open the Online counting form to view or make adjustments to the current quantity in the item's inventory unit. |
Counting history |
Open the Counting history form to view the on-hand quantity counted compared to the inventory levels. Each count is given a journal number and date. This lets you view data from earlier counts, specifically the counting journal and voucher that the count was posted to, and the date of the count. |
Dimensions display |
Open the Dimensions display form to select the dimensions that you want to appear on the Overview tab for the item. For more information, see About inventory dimensions and dimension groups. |

Item number |
The identification of the bulk item or the packed item. |
Product number |
The name of the bulk item. |
Unit |
The unit of measure for the bulk item or the packed item. |
Physical inventory |
The quantity that is physically available for the item in inventory. |
Physical reserved |
The total quantity of the item that was physically reserved for the inventory dimension. |
Available physical |
The available quantity, not reserved, from the physical inventory. |
Ordered in total |
The total amount of ordered items. |
Ordered reserved |
The total quantity of the item that is reserved on ordered receipts for the dimension. Amounts appear in this field when you total all issue transactions with the status Ordered reserved. Because items that are reserved as ordered are not physically available in inventory, these items cannot be directly picked and delivered from inventory. |
Total available |
The total available quantity of the packed item. |
Bulk unit |
The inventory unit for the bulk item. |
Extended available |
The quantity that is physically available in the bulk unit. If the packed item is not associated with a bulk item, the unit of measure for the packed item is used and the quantity is equal to the available quantity (not reserved) in the physical inventory. |
Extended ordered |
The sum of the quantity ordered in the bulk unit. If the packed item is not associated with a bulk item, the unit of measure of the packed item is used and the quantity ordered is equal to the total amount of ordered items. |
Extended total available |
The sum of the quantity ordered and the quantity that is physically available in the bulk unit. If the packed item is not associated with a bulk item, the unit of measure of the packed item is used and the extended order is the total amount of ordered items. |
