(IND) Excise register transactions (form)

Use this form to view the excise transactions for the excise register for the criteria that you selected in the Excise register inquiry form. You can display information for the following types of registers:

  • RG23A Part I register

  • RG23A Part II register

  • RG23C Part I register

  • RG23C Part II register

  • RG23D register

  • PLA register

  • DSA register

Open the form

  1. Click General ledger > Inquiries > Tax > India posted tax > Excise > Excise register.

  2. Select the register to display the transactions for in the Register field, and then enter the required details.

  3. Click OK to open the Excise register transactions form.

View the item or tax details for the excise transactions that are posted in the register that you selected.

Description

Header note

The header note specified in the Excise register inquiry form.

ECC number

The Excise Control Code (ECC) selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

From date

The starting date of the period that is selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

To date

The ending date of the period that is selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

Sales tax settlement period

The tax settlement period that is selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

Register

The excise register that is selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

Date

The excise transaction date.

Voucher

The ledger voucher number of the transaction.

Excise tariff code

The excise tariff code for the item.

Footer note

The footer note specified in the Excise register inquiry form.
