(IND) Merge licenses (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click General ledger > Common > EXIM Authorization schemes. On the EXIM Authorization schemes list page, in the filter area, in the Authorization type field, select AA. Select at least two licenses, and then, on the Action Pane, in the Functions group, click Merge.

Use this form to merge two or more Advance Authorization (AA) licenses into one license.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field	Description
Merge to Authorization ID	Select the primary AA license that the other selected licenses are being merged with. All of the authorizations that you selected in the EXIM Authorization schemes list are available for selection. To confirm the selection, click Select. The primary license is the one whose internal ID in Microsoft Dynamics AX remains after the merge.
Authorization number	The reference number that was issued by the customs authority for the selected authorization. This number is entered in the Authorization approval details form or, if the authorization was purchased on the open market, in the Authorization purchase details form.
Import expiration date and Export expiration date	The import and export expiration dates of the merged authorization. By default, the merged authorization uses the expiration dates of the most recent authorization. You can change these dates.
Reference number	Enter the reference number that was issued by the customs authority for the merged authorization.
Reference date/time	Enter the date that the customs authority issued the merged authorization.
Reason	Enter reference information about the merge.
