Fields
Field |
Description |
---|---|
Oper. No. |
Shows the operations position in the sequence of operations. |
Priority |
Shows whether the operation is a primary or secondary operation. When two operations must use the same resource at the same time, the resource is allocated to the primary operation. |
Process job ID |
Shows the ID of the process job that is related to this operation. |
Set up job ID |
Shows the ID of the set up job that is attached to this registration. |
Operation |
Displays the operation in the production route. |
Next |
Displays the number of the next operation in the production route. |
Link type |
Shows the type of link to the next job. |
Property |
Shows the property needed for the operation by the related resource. For more information about properties, see Properties (form). |
Route group |
Shows the route group that controls how the operation is handled for calculation, scheduling, job management, and reporting. For more information, see Route groups (form). |
Route type |
Shows whether the operation will be completed with an external vendor or at an internal operations resource. |
Formula |
The method that is used to calculate consumption. |
Scrap percentage |
Shows the percentage of expected materials overuse for the operation. Overuse is included both in the estimate of material consumption and in the operations resource consumption for the current operation. |
Factor |
If the finished product has a formula defined to calculate material consumption, this field shows the factor that is used in the formula. |
Costing resource |
Displays the resource used to estimate costing information for the operation. |
Setup category |
Displays the setup category for the operation. The cost amount is calculated based on the setup time specified for the operation multiplied by the rate for setup time retrieved from the setup type. |
Run time category |
Displays the run time category for the operation. The cost amount is calculated as the process time set for the route * the scrap percentage * the rate for operator time. |
Quantity category |
Shows the cost category selected for the quantity. |
Setup |
Estimated setup-consumption in number of hours is displayed here. |
Process |
Process time is calculated for the cost estimation. Therefore, the field indicates the estimated process time in hours for the operation. |
Quantity |
The quantity from the scheduled production. |
Started |
Indicates whether the operation has started. If you start the operations one after the other, you can see which ones are started. |
Reported as finished |
Indicates whether the operation is finished. If the operation is reported as finished and you try to record a quantity or time for the operation, Microsoft Dynamics AX will issue a warning. |
Processing percentage - setup |
Current total processing percent for setup. |
Processing percentage - process |
Current total processing percent for process. |
Queue time before |
Displays the waiting time for the operation. This is always a positive value. Queue time is scheduled according to the Gregorian calendar, and can be used with subcontractor work. |
Setup time |
If selected, the setup time for clearing the related operations resource is included in the estimate. The time is scheduled based on the calendar of the operations resource, and does not depend on the production quantity. Capacity loading of the operations resource time is performed similarly with scheduling. |
Transit time |
Displays the time that is required to transfer the items to the next location. Transit time is scheduled based on the calendar assigned to the related operations resource. No capacity loading is performed for the operations resource for scheduling. |
Queue time after |
Displays the amount of waiting time after the operation is finished. This time is scheduled according to the Gregorian calendar and can be used with subcontractor work. |
Transfer batch |
Quantity that can be moved between sequential operations resources. |
Overlap quantity |
Displays the minimum time that must be used for production before overlap is allowed. |
Requirement type |
The type of requirement that is selected for the route. |
Requirement |
The requirement selected for the route. The value depends on the requirement type selected in the Requirement type field. |
Operation scheduling |
Shows whether the resource can be reserved when you use operation scheduling. |
Job scheduling |
Shows whether the resource can be reserved when you use job scheduling. |
Financial dimensions |
The financial dimensions that were set up in the Financial dimensions form. |
Where the %1 dimension is used |
The account structures and advanced rule structures that use the financial dimensions that you selected in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. Note The name of the field depends on the selection in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. |
