Preactions (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack
Click Retail > Periodic > Data distribution > Preactions.
Use the Preactions form to view Retail Scheduler preactions. When changes occur in tables for which you have set up action filters, preactions are created automatically. A preaction is a data record that indicates which entity was changed, when the entity was changed, and who made the change. To send the changes to stores, you must convert the preactions to actions.
Note
This form is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed.
