(RUS) Officials (modified form)

This topic applies to features in the Inventory management module. It does not apply to features in the Gestión de almacenes module.
Click Organization administration > Setup > Contacts > Officials.
Use this form to set up the names of company officials for various transactions.

Add the position and related information for the officials who can sign all kinds of primary document. The Chief accountant and Director options in the Position field work across all modules. |
Ledger |
Add the position and related information for the officials who can sign outgoing primary documents that are related to customers. Positions can be added for the following documents:

Add the account code and related information for the officials who can sign sales orders that are related to customers. Positions can be added for the following documents:

Select the position title of the official. |
Name |
Select the name of an official in the list of organization employees. Nota Enter the full name of the official if the official is not registered in the employee directory. |
Job title |
Select the job title of the employee. |
Account code |
Select the relation type with the counteragent, from the following options:

Account relation |
Select the customer or vendor account that is related to the selected account code. Nota This field is available only if you selected Record in the Account code field. |
Our |
A selected check box indicates that the enabled, depending on the employee who is selected as the official signing the document. |
Association with warehouse |
Select the relationship type with the warehouse, from the following options:

Warehouse |
Select the code of the warehouse for which the officials are set up. Warehouse codes are specified in the Warehouses form. Nota This field is available only if you selected Record in the Association with warehouse field. |
