(RUS) Versions (form)

Click General ledger > Reports > External > Electronic documents list. Click Versions.
Use this form to view the list of document versions for a selected document. All versions that are created for a document are displayed in a tree structure.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Open a menu that contains the following items:

Open the Version form, where you can view and update the document versions. Nota This button is available only after data is imported from a file, report, or version. |
Requisites |
Open the Requisites form, where you can view a list of requisites and values for the document. |
Document |
Open the selected document version in Excel. Nota This button is available only after data is imported from a file, report, or version. |
Set as current |
Set the selected document as the current version. |

The logon identification number of the employee who creates the document. |
Note line |
The description of the document. |
Type |
The document version type. |
File name |
The name and path of the file that the version is uploaded from. |
Calculation date |
The date that that is used for reporting. |
Created date and time |
The date and time when the document is created. |
