The MetaTagIdsetDeleted property contains a serialization of a REPLID-based IDSET structures, as specified in section 2.2.2.4.1. The IDSETs contain the IDs of folders (for hierarchy synchronization operations) or messages (for content synchronization operations) that were hard deleted or soft deleted since the last synchronization identified by the initial ICS state.
