2.2.4.43 SMB_COM_WRITE_ANDX (0x2F)

This command was introduced in the LAN Manager 1.0 dialect.

This request is used to write bytes to a regular file, a named pipe, or a directly accessible I/O device such as a serial port (COM) or printer port (LPT). If the client negotiates the NT LAN Manager dialect or later the client SHOULD use the 14-parameter word version of the request, as this version allows specification of 64-bit file offsets.
