Custom Resource Providers

Get-AzCustomProvider	Gets the custom resource provider manifest.
Get-AzCustomProviderAssociation	Get an association.
New-AzCustomProvider	Creates or updates the custom resource provider.
New-AzCustomProviderAssociation	Create or update an association.
Remove-AzCustomProvider	Deletes the custom resource provider.
Remove-AzCustomProviderAssociation	Delete an association.
Update-AzCustomProvider	Updates an existing custom resource provider. The only value that can be updated via PATCH currently is the tags.
