Gets or sets the culture for a specified item in the mailbox.

Type: System.String
The culture of the item.
Remarks
The value indicates the language that is used in the Exchange Web Services operations. Culture is specified by using the identifier that is defined in RFC 1766, "Tags for the Identification of Languages"; for example, en-US.
