Comentarios

El marco de trabajo llama a esta función para mostrarle que No está disponible, por ejemplo cuando un objeto de CDocument carga o se guarda en un archivo.

Acciones de BeginWaitCursor no son siempre fuera eficaz de un único controlador de mensajes como otras acciones, como OnSetCursor que estaba controlando, podrían cambiar el cursor.

Llamada EndWaitCursor para restaurar el cursor anterior.
