Updates the TaxRegistrationNumberIdx index in the DefermentSchedule_IN table to not allow duplicate records.

Remarks

After updating the TaxRegistrationNumberTable surrogate key fields with the value of the RecId field of the tables, the TaxRegistrationNumberTableIdx index is reset not to allow duplicate records.
