Este ejemplo muestra cómo usar una biblioteca de JavaScript de ejemplo que se ha creado con el proceso descrito en Tutorial: use el exptremo de SOAP de aplicación moderna con JavaScript. Esta biblioteca admite el uso de los mensajes RetrieveAllEntitiesRequest y RetrieveEntityRequest mediante JavaScript asincrónico.

Ejemplo

La página MetaDataDemo.htm recupera datos mediante las funciones SDK.MetaData.RetrieveAllEntities y SDK.MetaData.RetrieveEntity contenidas dentro del archivo SDK.MetaData.js.

Cuando la página se carga, recupera información sobre todas las entidades del sistema y muestra a continuación una lista con el SchemaName para cada entidad. Al hacer clic en un elemento de lista de entidad, se recupera la información sobre los atributos de la entidad y se muestra el atributo SchemaName. Después de que se hayan recuperado los atributos, al hacer clic en un elemento de la lista de entidades se activa y desactiva la visualización de la lista de atributos.

Ejemplo

El archivo SDK.MetaData.js es una biblioteca de JScript y contiene las funciones públicas SDK.MetaData.RetrieveAllEntities y SDK.MetaData.RetrieveEntity usadas por la página de llamada. Estas funciones envían solicitudes asincrónicas y devuelven los resultados a la función especificada en el parámetro successCallBack para cada función.

Los SDK.MetaData.EntityFilters proporcionan un tipo de enumeración que corresponde a la enumeración EntityFilters usada por RetrieveAllEntitiesRequest y los mensajes RetrieveEntityRequest. El resto de las funciones privadas se usan para analizar el XML devuelto en los resultados de la solicitud.
