How to: Print Maintenance Ledger Entries

You can print maintenance ledger entries using standard reports.

To print maintenance ledger entries

1. In the Search box, enter Maintenance - Details, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Options FastTab, you can decide which depreciation book to print from and whether you want to have a new page for each asset.

3. On the Fixed Asset FastTab, set a filter to select the assets that you want in the report.

4. Choose the Print button to print the report or choose the Preview button to view it on the screen.
