Manager Class

Provides information about the environment, and enumerates and retrieves device capabilities.

Remarks

In managed code, the Manager class replaces most of the functionality of the C++ IDirect3DMobile interface, except that it does not create a device. For device creation and manipulation options, see Device. You cannot create an instance of this class or inherit from it.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
