The workflow for the Sample Proposal project type is installed with Project Server 2010. For the default list of lookup tables, click Enterprise Custom Fields and Lookup Tables (https://ServerName/ProjectServerName/_layouts/pwa/Admin/CustomizeFields.aspx) in the Server Settings page in Project Web App. Custom fields and lookup table names for the Sample Proposal project type begin with the word Sample, for example, Sample Areas Impacted.
