Gets the field value for the given object.

Srch.U.getStringFieldOnObject(targetObject)

Return value

The field value. If no object is found, an empty string will be returned.

Parameters

  • targetObject, fieldItem
    The object to check.

  • fieldItem
    The field name to search for.
