Updates any ExecutionModeAttribute object property changes on the instance of SQL Server.

The Alter()()()() method updates any changes that have been made to the ExecutionModeAttribute object properties since the object was created or since the last time this method was run. The modifications are combined and sent to the instance of SQL Server in one network trip.
