Query Wizard
Creates a selection of records based on some rules you specify.
To run the Query Wizard
- From the Wizards submenu on the Tools menu, choose Query.
- In the Wizard Selection dialog box, select Query Wizard.

Query Wizard: Step 1 – Select Fields

Query Wizard: Step 2a – Include Records
Query Wizard: Step 3 – Filter Records
Query Wizard: Step 4 - SortRecords
Query Wizard: Step 4a – Limit Records
