Gets the type libraries in the specified file.

JScript does not support indexed properties.

  The file name that contains the type library collection.

Remarks

If bstrfilename is a .tlb file, FileTypeLibs returns the type libraries in the specified type library file. If bstrfilename is a portable executable (PE) file, FileTypeLibs returns the type libraries embedded in the "TYPELIB" resource.
