IPMPlatform::AddCPU (Windows CE 5.0)

This method associates a CPU object registered with Platform Manager with the platform object. For information about registering a CPU with Platform Manager, see IPMPlatformManager::AddCPU.

HRESULT AddCPU(BSTR bstrCPUIdOrName,IPMCPU** ppiCPU);

Parameters

  • bstrCPUIdOrName
    [in] GUID or name of the CPU object to associate with the platform.
  • ppiCPU
    [in] Pointer to a pointer to the IPMCPU interface.

Return Values

Returns S_OK if the call was successfully completed. If a failure occurs, the appropriate HRESULT value is returned.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Platform.h, Cemgr.idl.
