The RuntimeTypeHandle object that refers to the type.
Return Value
Type: System.Type
The type referenced by the specified RuntimeTypeHandle, or nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if the value of the handle is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks
The handles are valid only in the application domain in which they were obtained.
