En estos ejemplos de la API de HWREQCHK se muestra cómo se puede aprovechar para obtener información sobre un dispositivo de hardware y su elegibilidad de actualización de Windows determinada para versiones específicas de Windows 11 o posteriores.

Ejemplo de la API GetHardwareRequirementSystemInfo

En el ejemplo siguiente se muestra cómo obtener la información del sistema de dispositivos mediante una llamada a GetHardwareRequirementSystemInfo, que es la misma información que usa el motor de evaluación de requisitos de hardware de Windows. El contexto es que puede ser utilizado por una herramienta "¿Puedo actualizar?" para informar de la información del sistema del dispositivo que se factorizó en la función o false de la true función EvaluateHardwareRequirement.

Ejemplo de la API EvaluateHardwareRequirement

Ejemplo de la API GetLatestHardwareRequirement
