Programa C de ejemplo: Envío y recepción de un mensaje firmado y cifrado

En el ejemplo siguiente se firma un mensaje mediante la clave privada de un remitente y se cifra el mensaje firmado mediante la clave pública de un receptor. A continuación, el ejemplo descifra el mensaje mediante la clave privada del receptor y comprueba la firma mediante la clave pública del remitente. El certificado del remitente que contiene la clave pública necesaria se incluye en el mensaje cifrado. En este ejemplo también se escribe el mensaje firmado y cifrado en un archivo. Para firmar el mensaje, la clave privada del firmante y el certificado del firmante deben estar disponibles. Para cifrar el mensaje firmado, el certificado de un receptor, incluida la clave pública del receptor, debe estar disponible.

Para descifrar el mensaje, la clave privada del receptor debe estar disponible. Una vez descifrado el mensaje, la firma se comprueba mediante la clave pública del certificado incluido en el mensaje cifrado.

Nota

No todos los certificados de un almacén de certificados proporcionan acceso a la clave privada asociada a ese certificado. Cuando el mensaje se firma y cifra, se debe usar un certificado que pertenezca al firmante con acceso a la clave privada de ese firmante. Además, el receptor del mensaje debe tener acceso a la clave privada asociada a la clave pública utilizada para cifrar el mensaje.

 

En este ejemplo se muestran las tareas siguientes:

  • Apertura y cierre de almacenes de certificados del sistema.
  • Buscar certificados para un remitente de mensajes y un receptor de mensajes en los almacenes de certificados abiertos.
  • Buscar e imprimir el nombre del firmante de los certificados.
  • Inicializar estructuras de datos necesarias para firmar, cifrar, descifrar y comprobar un mensaje.
  • Llamar a una función CryptoAPI para buscar el tamaño necesario de un búfer, asignar el búfer del tamaño necesario y llamar de nuevo a la función CryptoAPI para rellenar el búfer. Para obtener más información, vea Recuperación de datos de longitud desconocida.
  • Mostrar parte del contenido cifrado de un búfer. La función local incluida, ShowBytes, muestra caracteres en el búfer con valores entre "0" y "z". Todos los demás caracteres se muestran como el carácter "-".
