Este miembro es una implementación explícita de un miembro de interfaz. Solo se puede utilizar cuando la instancia de Tuple<T1> se convierte en una interfaz IStructuralEquatable.
Solo se llama a la IEqualityComparer.Equals implementación si other
no null
