Comentarios
Utilice esta propiedad para evitar que los usuarios cambien manualmente los anchos de columna. Esto es útil, por ejemplo, con columnas de solo presentación en las que los datos se cargan una vez y las columnas se cambian de tamaño en ese momento.

Nota
El DataGridView control no admite el almacenamiento en búfer doble. Si DoubleBuffered se establece true
en en un control derivado DataGridView , los usuarios no recibirán comentarios visuales al cambiar el tamaño de filas, columnas o encabezados o al reordenar columnas.
