How to View and Modify Pipeline Stage Properties

You can view and modify the properties of a pipeline stage on the Stage Properties tab of the Stage Properties dialog box. These properties include the name of the stage, a description of the stage, its GUID, and its error level settings.
To view and modify pipeline properties in the Pipeline Editor
In the Pipeline Editor, right-click the name of the pipeline stage for which you want to view and/or modify properties, and then click Properties. The Stage Properties dialog box opens.
On the Stage Properties tab, view and/or modify the properties of this pipeline stage.
Use this
To do this
Label
Specifies the name that the Pipeline Editor displays for this pipeline stage. You can change the name by typing a new name.
Description
Use this property for an optional description of this pipeline stage.
GUID
The globally unique identifier for this pipeline stage.
Error level
When any component in this pipeline stage generates an error at or above the level specified by this property, the stage skips the remaining components in the stage, and logs the event in the log file.
