Créer un fichier Office Data Connection

Les informations de cet article expliquent comment créer un fichier Office Data Connection pour se connecter à un serveur Azure Analysis Services à partir d’Excel 2016 version 16.0.7369.2117 ou une version antérieure, ou Excel 2013. Un fournisseur MSOLAP.7 mis à jour est également requis.

  1. Copiez l’exemple de fichier de connexion et collez-le dans un éditeur de texte.

  2. Dans odc:ConnectionString, modifiez les propriétés suivantes :

    • Dans Data Source=asazure://<region>.asazure.windows.net/<servername>;, modifiez <region> sur la région de votre serveur Analysis Services et <servername> avec sur le nom de votre serveur.

    • Dans Initial Catalog=<database>;, modifiez <database> sur le nom de votre base de données.

  3. Dans <odc:CommandText>Model</odc:CommandText>, modifiez Model sur le nom de votre perspective ou modèle.

  4. Enregistrez le fichier avec une extension .odc pour le dossier C:\Usernom d’utilisateur\Documents\My Data Sources.

  5. Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur le fichier, puis cliquez sur Ouvrir dans Excel. Ou, dans Excel, sur le ruban Données, cliquez sur Connexions existantes, sélectionnez votre fichier, puis cliquez sur Ouvrir.
