    Note

When creating a new expression, expression rules are enforced. However, when you use an existing expression, you may receive an error that indicates that the expression is not valid for use as a list expression. The following rules apply when you create a list expression: The expression must be a targeting expression. You can only use And clauses. You can only specify user profile properties marked as searchable in the Profile Schema Manager. You cannot specify multivalued properties, for example, Address List. You cannot reference other expressions, for example, Field = Expression. All profile properties must belong to the same database table. If you follow these rules and still receive an error that indicates that the query or expression is invalid, contact the database administrator and see SQL Queries Supported by the OLE DB Provider for Commerce Server.

  3. If you want to create a new expression, on the Select Expression page, click New to open the New Target Expression page.

  4. On the New Target Expression page, do the following:

    Use this

Available types of conditions are operators such as Is equal to and Is greater than.

Type the property or value to be evaluated by the target expression.

Click to add an additional And condition to the expression.

  5. Click OK.

  6. On the Select Expression page, click Next.
