imprimante hp ENVY 5642 All-In-One

Bonjour à tous,

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, conséquence ou coïncidence,  mon imprimante hp ENVY 5642imprime tois les textes, mais me rejette dès que sélectionne le bac photos : cette imprimante me dit "bac photos vide", alors qu'il ne l'est pas

J'ai beau télécharger les derniers logiciels ou mise à jour en tout genre, rien n'y fait

J' aurais bien besoin d'un coup de main

    Will the printer work from this tray from any other device? Are the software and firmware up to date? There is new firmware as of July 2020 which must be installed or you cannot expect it to run properly. Go here.

    I would like to clean install the printer which still works, lasts longer and saves time. Windows still needs full functionality software to properly perform all the functionality of a printer / scanner, new applications are not mature enough to be fully reliable. Proceed as follows:

    1. Power on the printer, if wired unplug its USB cable from the PC.
    2. Go to Settings> Apps> Apps & Features to find and uninstall any printer software.
    3. Use one of these methods to remove all old printer drivers:

    1. Now type Control Panel in Start search, open CP, choose View icon. In Control Panel open Devices and Printers, right-click Printer to remove Printer and any scanner or fax with the same name. Restart the PC.
    2. Go to the printer model's Support Downloads web page to download and install the latest full software. This is also the time to check for any new printer firmware to install which matters a lot.
    3. Extract the software from the printer, right click on the installer file to run as administrator. Follow the installation screens closely as you install the software. For USB, it should prompt when plug in the printer.

    Once it is installed and you have run a test print and then scanned it for if it opens on the desktop, open the Printer software and go to its settings to set the file location of scan you prefer, also the email application you want to open for scanning to email, if available.

    Bonsoir,

         Merci Federico, mais même avec cette page d'explications mon imprimante reste muette se"ulement pour les photos: elle m'indique bac photos vide alors que cez n'est pas le cas
