wrong display name in azure devops

Question

I have an issue with the profile names of certain accounts between Azure DevOps and Azure Entra ID. For example, the user Andréa Berger with the email address ******@domain.com is shown as 'a.berger' in DevOps and not as 'Andréa Berger', while in Azure Entra ID, she is properly identified when searching for 'Andréa Berger'.

For instance, when I want to add Andréa to a DevOps ticket to mention her, if I type @ and 'andréa', I don't find anyone, but if I type @ and 'a.berger', I can find the account associated with Andréa Berger's email address!
