Service Tor Error 5 system while running as administrator

Question

When I execute in admin mode in cmd : net start tor , it answers :

System error 5 has occurred.
Access is denied.

When I execute it in admin mode in powershell : net start tor , it answers :

System error 5 has occurred.
Access is denied.

HOW TO FIX IT I AM IN ADMIN MODE ?!?

I even try the hidden admin account but same result .

In the parameters , it's saying I am admin and I can execute things in admin mode

SO WHY THIS IS NOT WORKING ? thanks for any help !

The error usually occurs when you are trying to execute a command that requires you to run command prompt as administrator . Sometimes it is not enough to simply logged into a windows account as administrator, you also need to use an elevated command prompt.

It is easy to identify if the command prompt window you have opened is elevated or not:

>if the window title"Command Prompt" =it is not elevated

>if the window title "Administrator: Command Prompt"=it is elevated

To launch elevated Command Prompt, i would suggests below steps:

> on your window search, type "command prompt"

> right click on the "Command Prompt " result

> choose "Run as Administrator"

> after selecting, a User Account Control prompt will appear asking if you allow the Command Prompt to make changes on your computer, click "Yes"
