Bonjour,

J’ai reçu un courriel indiquant que mon forfait serait renouvelé au prix de 19 $ par année. En voulant gérer mon abonnement, j’ai malheureusement fait une mauvaise manipulation qui a annulé mon offre. En réactivant, mon forfait est passé automatiquement à 115 $ par année.

Je souhaiterais retrouver mon forfait initial à 19 $ par année, car celui à 115 $ ne correspond pas à mon budget. Pouvez-vous m’aider à rétablir mon abonnement au tarif précédent ?

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request may involve personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

Because of the high number of tickets they receive, it may take several attempts to reach a live agent. If this happens, I suggest trying again later. Also, keep in mind that contacting them during business days and hours gives you a better chance, as more support agents are available at those times.
