Je n'arrive plus à utiliser Microsoft Office 2010, ni à la réparer (cela me dit qu'il faut une connexion internet que j'ai déjà...)

Pourriez vous m'aider SVP?

Thanks for sharing the details, MADELINE! The error “You need an internet connection”, it’s actually a false error, because the installer or repair tool can’t reach Microsoft’s old validation servers anymore. It's been permanently decommissioned.

You can try these offline repair:

Run a local repair (without internet)

• Open Control Panel then Programs and Features.
• Find Microsoft Office 2010, select it, and click Change.
• Choose Repair then Continue.
  • If it says it needs the internet, disconnect from Wi-Fi or Ethernet before clicking Repair, this sometimes forces an offline repair.

If you can’t activate it anymore, your practical options are upgrading to Office 2021 (one-time purchase) or Microsoft 365 (subscription) or use the free Microsoft Office web apps at office.com
