App stuck in Pre-processing for 3+ days on Microsoft Partner Center – No error, no feedback

Hello,

I submitted my app TimeTabl (MSIX/PWA) to the Microsoft Store on June 1, 2026 (Submission 1), and it has been stuck in the Pre-processing stage for over 3 days with no progress and no error message or notification on my end.

Details:

• App name: TimeTabl
• Package: Khin.TimeTabl_1.0.0.0_x64 (.msix)
• Package status: Validated
• Current stage: Pre-processing (2nd step, before Certification)
• Submission date: June 1, 2026
• Time stuck: 3+ days

The package has been validated successfully, so there doesn't appear to be an issue with the package itself. The pipeline seems to be silently stuck with no feedback.

I was unable to reach support through the Partner Center portal due to a bug on the support page.

Could you please investigate what is blocking the pre-processing pipeline for this submission?
