Expression Interactive Designer - Now available!

It's been a work in progress for what seems like a lifetime... But as of right now we FINALLY have a build of Expression Interactive Designer (EID) available for public download. We've also updated Expression Graphic Designer with a new XAML exporter. You can find both here:

Does this build work on an x64 Dual core XP Pro 64-bit machine? Survey says... NO (total disappointment.. It comes up with the user interface then a dialog comes up saying

"Microsoft Expression Interactive Designer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost." Debug or Close

I guess I will just have to make due with Cider.. But this is really disappointing..

(this is an XP Pro x64 dual core machine with all the other requirements installed)..

    Hi Don,

Unfortunately, this version of WPF(Avalon) has known issues with AMD, Pentium 3 and x64 processors. Sounds like the use of a P4 only instruction. They tell me that they have fixed the problem for the next release.
