Office in Education
Following up on yesterdays post, I just want to add that there is also a set of cool customizations available for Word, Excel and PowerPoint to make them more useful for students and teachers. Learning Essentials for Microsoft Office provides templates and toolbars for Office products plus academic tutorials from education publishers. Templates include everything from lesson plans to science reports and more. Even if you are not involved in education I'd recommend you download these add-ons just to take a look at how they have been implemented. Quite simply these are the best set Office extensions I have seen, so if you want some ideas about what you could do with Office in your company you could do much worse than use this to spark some ideas.
