I know MS only supports the latest OS and one before it but Vista adoption has been low so please support IIS 5.1. Also does this Windows Server 2003 works on XP Professional x64 which also has IIS 6.0?

Microsoft Vista adoption in the Belgian HealthCare market is very low. Support for Windows XP is needed, or at least some guidance to authenticate with Geneva on a Windows XP rich client.
