Eastman Chemical Videos Posted – Collaborating Across The Enterprise

In a previous post, I referenced a new case study highlighting Eastman Chemical’s use of SharePoint to engineer “thousands of process improvements” across the business.

We just posted a set of videos and profiles related to this case study on our People-Ready website.  There are 3 videos in all – the full story, one geared towards a business person, and one towards a technical decision maker.

The people at Eastman have done a really nice job driving adoption of the software they’ve deployed.  They achieved their success by getting business users comfortable with creating solutions on their own in the SharePoint environment – many times with little or no IT involvement.  All with the appropriate security, process controls and governance.
