Microsoft XNA Game Studio Express Beta 1
Yes, I must admit that I am deviating the purpose of this blog (enterprise development) a little too early (2nd post)
But I have always been attracted to video games and its development (since I had an Amstrad CPC 6128) and later on with DIV Games Studio. So I might retake this hobby and write some game.
I think it's a great opportunity to start developing video games (either professionally or semi.professionally) It has never been so easy, and "standarized", not only for the available XNA IDE, but also for the third party tools and frameworks that (even in beta stage) are appearing and because all the community support (blogs, forums etc ...)
For anyone that would like to download it, you can find it here:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/directx/xna/gse/
For those not very familiar about with XNA its a framework and an IDE to easily (and with express edition free) develop videogames both on Windows and on XBox.

I'd like to try this out but having not played any single game on my PC for more than a year, I've become really rusty and feel a case of game-phobia coming on. I need rest.
